Dubai based Fleet Line Shipping has recently loaded a crew boat measuring 41 x 8 x 12 meters, weighing 160 tons from Mussafah, Abu Dhabi port to Lagos. Since the boat had no cradle available, in order to load the same on a break bulk vessel, FLS project team designed and fabricated the cradle basis technical drawing of the boat, which was then transported to the port in dismantled position. Prior vessel arrival, our technical team assembled half of the cradle on shore near the berth, which was then lifted by ship crane. Remaining cradle parts was bolted together on board, ready to receive the crew boat.

The boat was then lifted by ship crane from water and placed on cradle. The job was well executed by FLS team.
